- Protect Your City -
Campaign Brief
Core Message
This isn’t about Israel vs. Palestine. It’s about protecting YOUR city, YOUR tax money, and YOUR democracy from foreign terror-linked agendas that aim to undermine Western democratic values of freedom, fairness, kindness, and equality. Let’s keep our local councils and City Halls truly local.
🌀 Terrorists in suits report
Terrorists came to hold key positions in NGOs promoting the Boycott Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaigns.
Through these NGOs, they exploit Western governmental funding, philanthropic foundations, financial platforms and civil society to advance their goals.
Ideologically, both terrorist organizations and NGOs that delegitimize Israel reject Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish and democratic state, oppose any normalization between Israel and its neighbors, and support the spread of Islam into the West. This shared ideology manifests itself in ties between organizations. Namely, the Palestinian BDS National Committee (BNC) which leads the international boycott movement, is comprised of 28 Palestinian organizations. Foremost amongst them is the Palestinian National and Islamic Forces (PNIF), which include Hamas, the PFLP, and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad all designated terror organizations.
1. Expose the setup
Wherever you are in the world, there are toolkits available for every country and in every language. If you google 'Action Network + Gaza + your city’s name,' you’ll likely find a website or toolkit specifically targeting elected officials and your local city hall.
Message:
Call this out for what it is — a global, coordinated effort, not an organic or spontaneous reaction.
2. Deceptive ‘Legit’ Websites
Activists flood councilmembers with links that look credible:
These sites are designed not to inform but to sway policy against Israel under the cover of “responsible investing.
Message:
Educate your followers—these aren’t neutral NGOs, they’re propaganda tools. Public Expression and Safety
🌀 3. Harassment Playbook
Over 45 activist toolkits exist online in multiple languages. They train protestors to bird dog councilmembers, spill fake blood, bang pots, harass families, disrupt meetings. The peaceful protest mask is false. It’s harassment-as-strategy.
Message:
Show your community this isn’t local organic grassroots—it’s pressure tactics straight from a global instruction manual.
🌀 4. The Gaza Sister City Trap
-
Sister city agreements with Gaza =direct support to Hamas (a designated terrorist org).
-
Promoted as “peace & cooperation, "but it’s actually a legal loophole for funneling goods, aid, and political legitimacy to Hamas.
-
Tried and blocked in Irvine, CA. Currently being pushed in Marseille, France.
Message:
Twinning with Gaza = twinning with terrorists.
5. Fiduciary Responsibility
Councils are entrusted with city bonds, pensions, procurement. Their duty: strengthen finances for taxpayers.
Pushing BDS divestment hurts returns, retirements, essential city services (schools, safety, infrastructure).
Councils have no mandate to conduct foreign policy.
Message:
Remind leaders and audiences—council members’ job is local, not global.
6. Sub nationalism: The Trojan Horse
Subnationalism = when cities/states try to set foreign policy, violating federal supremacy.
Dangerous because it:
-
Risks lawsuits, federal funding, and discrimination law violations.
-
Wastes taxpayer money.
-
Opens doors to foreign influence on local democracy.
-
This playbook was borrowed from the 1980s anti-apartheid movement, now rebranded against Israel.
Message:
Keep foreign conflicts out of City Hall. Protect your democracy.
🌀 7. What’s Really at Stake
-
BDS = “soft terror.” Politicized organizations cloaked in suits, lawfare, and lobbying.
-
Long-term Islamist agenda aims at controlling culture, law, finance, and politics to advance a global caliphate.
-
Sharia-style rule = no free speech, no women’s rights, no LGBTQ+ rights, child marriage, and violent punishment.
Message:
Ask: What values are we protecting? Freedom of speech, religion, conscience, and equality—all under threat if cities fall to radical influence.
What Does Winning Look Like?
Adopt resolutions like Irvine’s 2024 motion by Councilmember Tammy Kim that reaffirm: “The conflict in Gaza is not a municipal issue. City Councils should prioritize local matters and refrain from foreign affairs outside their jurisdiction.”
