1-ON-1
Protect Your City Training

Five-Stage Intervention Model to fight:

Identify key people at the local level.

Train key individuals and help them organize.

Build an effective system for ongoing local activism.

Execute quarterly actions, expand activist base, and continuously adapt strategy through regular evaluation.

Document your successes, turn them into a replicable guide, mentor new teams, and use your model to recruit and support the next wave of communities.

Stage 1

Building the Foundation
(The Network)

Every movement starts with a single connection. Our goal is to identify and unite the people who truly care about protecting their community. Bring together trusted local contacts—municipal staff, educators, community leaders, and civil society partners. This network becomes the foundation for staying informed, alert, coordinated, and ready to act.

The First Handshake

Radical networks count on staying hidden. We blow their cover and expose their tactics, name the actors, and show exactly how they hijack local councils.

The Gathering

Most people have no idea what's happening at city hall, until it's too late. We rally parents, neighbors, and local leaders to speak out before policy turns political.

The Core Team

Your town isn’t a battleground for global ideologies. We fight to keep city halls focused on residents, not radicals, and decisions rooted in community, not agendas.

Stage 2

Turning Knowledge Into Power
(Learn & Connect)

Once we have the people, we build the engine. This is where the network gets the professional tools to act. Through focused Zoom sessions and small-group discussions, activists learn to identify early warning signs, understand the relevant guidelines, share intelligence, and coordinate effectively. The goal is simple: ensure everyone knows exactly what to look for, what to report, and how to respond.

Plugging In

You will join the "Protect Your City" WhatsApp group, ensuring your team stays in the loop with real-time updates.

Your Personal Mentor

Every team leader is assigned a dedicated TSOG contact person for direct guidance so you never feel alone.

Mapping the Terrain

We hold an Introductory Meeting and an initial needs assessment to understand the specific challenges facing your city.

The Battle Plan

Together, we create a detailed Quarterly Work Plan.

Together, we create a targeted Quarterly Work Plan: identify the exact problem facing your city, then define the KPIs, timelines, responsibilities, and resources needed to win.

The Training Ground

Through interactive Zoom sessions and small-group discussions, you learn how to spot "early warning signs" and understand the relevant guidelines.

Stage 3

Taking The First Step
(Semi Independant Action)

For the next 3 months, your team begins operating independently with TSOG close behind. The focus shifts to coordination, rapid communication, and consistent follow-through. Share updates, report concerning developments immediately, and work across departments and cities to close gaps and avoid silos. By staying connected and exchanging information in real time, the network can identify threats early, respond effectively, and prevent the misuse of municipal systems.

First Victory

Radical networks count on staying hidden. We blow their cover and expose their tactics, name the actors, and show exactly how they hijack local councils.

Growing the Circle

Most people have no idea what's happening at city hall, until it's too late. We rally parents, neighbors, and local leaders to speak out before policy turns political.

The Guiding Hand

Your town isn’t a battleground for global ideologies. We fight to keep city halls focused on residents, not radicals, and decisions rooted in community, not agendas.

The Round Table

Your town isn’t a battleground for global ideologies. We fight to keep city halls focused on residents, not radicals, and decisions rooted in community, not agendas.

Stage 4

Turning Knowledge Into Power
(Learn & Connect)

After a brief 3-week setup, the team becomes a stable, lasting presence in the city. It operates with increasing independence, executing a few focused actions each quarter while collaborating with local stakeholders and relying minimally on external guidance. Internally, it defines clear roles, expands its activist base, and builds a structured, professional system. Over time, it sustains momentum through regular evaluations and a flexible annual plan that adapts to new challenges and opportunities.

The Engine Room

You are now completing 2–3 actions every quarter and working confidently with local stakeholders.

True Autonomy

TSOG involvement drops to 10%. You only call us for high-level strategy; your team manages and measures itself.

A Professional Force

You establish a formal role division so everyone knows their responsibility. You expand to a "Third Circle" of recruitment, reaching up to 30 activists.

The Long Game

You manage quarterly evaluations and a flexible annual plan that can adapt to any new field developments or threats.

Stage 5

Becoming The Teacher
(Optimization And Scaling)

Once your city is firmly established, your role expands beyond local impact to supporting others. You document your successes and turn them into a practical guide for building teams in new cities. Experienced activists move into mentorship roles, helping new communities get started, while your model is used to recruit and equip others with shared tools and templates so they can build without starting from zero.

Writing the Legend

We document success stories from every stage to inspire others and ensure the model works repeatedly.

The Blueprint

We help you build a "City Guide", a manual on how to establish a team in a new city based on your success.

Mentorship

Your successful activists are trained to advise new cities and serve as mentors.

Passing the Torch

We return to Stage 1, using your story to recruit new communities and sharing a central repository of tools and templates so no one has to start from scratch.
